THE NEED

Support for Families.

Imagine you are a soon-to-be parent, experiencing all the hopes, dreams, and joy that reality brings; but upon the birth of your child, you were told that your precious infant was born with a life-threatening medical condition. News like that is devastating no matter where you live, of course—but for most parents in Ukraine, imagining a life for their child with a medical need or disability is overwhelming. Learn more about how we are coming around these families to support them before separation occurs.

Medical Intervention.

As we live and work in Ukraine, we are actively involved in caring for the medical needs of children who live in at-risk families or in government orphanages, but many of the resources they need are not there for them or are out of reach. New Song Int. firmly believes that every child’s life is precious and worth fighting for, which is why we are working to bridge the gap for families and children who are desperately fighting for help.

Thank you, Jackie Askvig, for sharing what life before and after advocacy and intentional care can look like.

Opportunities for Volunteers.

New Song International is proud to be connecting medical professionals from around the world to children in dire need of medical care. We connect full-time volunteers who have built a relationship with orphaned children to medical professionals who have the skills and knowledge to assess each child‘s unique needs.

Special thanks to Amy, Kelly, and Amanda for helping to bring physical, occupational, and speech therapy to Ukraine.
